Single Layer laminate

A single-layer laminate in flexible packaging is a flexible packaging material constructed from only one layer. It is the simplest form of flexible packaging, offering basic protection—primarily against dust and moisture—and is used when the packaged product does not require the enhanced barrier, strength, or specialized features provided by multi-layer structures.

HDPE

Single-layer HDPE film is the most cost-effective and stiff polyethylene option, providing a high moisture barrier and excellent grease resistance critical for packaging. Chips, tea,  chanachur all these things for delivery from factory to shop to shop maintaining particular SKU and different pack sizes.

LDPE

Single-layer LDPE film provides the flexibility, soft feel, and excellent heat-sealability necessary for liquid pouches (milk) and soft, non-abrasive retail packaging (diaper bundles). It can be produced in two variants by using both master base white and black layers, with inner and outer films to provide an enhanced protective barrier for milk. For diaper we are using single layer.

SHIRNK LDPE

“Shrink LDPE” is a common term for Low-Density Polyethylene Shrink Film. Which is used to bundle and protect water bottles during shipping and handling. The film is heated, causing it to shrink tightly around the group of bottles, creating a secure package that protects them from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

SHIRNK PVC

We provide high-quality pre-printed tipping paper that can be fully customized with intricate brand logos, complex patterns, and specific designs. This extensive customization capability allows for enhanced brand recognition and a premium, unique product presentation that effectively sets your brand apart in a competitive market.

2 – Layer laminate

2-layer laminate is a material made by bonding two different flexible films, such as polyester (PET/ BOPP) and polyethylene (PE), together to create a stronger, more versatile packaging material. This combination provides benefits like increased strength, moisture resistance, and heat sealability, which single-layer films cannot offer. Actually PET/BOPP is the public-facing layer that receives the ink. On the other hand, LDPE is the layer that makes contact with the product.

PET/BOPP AND LDPE

(PET/BOPP+LDPE) 2-Layer Structure where one side is PET/BOPP and the other side is LDPE. The PET/BOPP Layer provides rigidity, printability and barrier properties, while the LDPE Layer provides heat-sealability, flexibility and moisture resistance. Actually PET/BOPP offers good gas and aroma barrier, LDPE offers moisture barrier and seal integrity. It is often used for products like salt, atta, maida, suji, noodles, sugar and detergents.

NYLON AND LDPE

NYLON/PA Provides superior mechanical strength, excellent puncture and tear resistance (crucial for protecting rice grains during handling and transport and  the LDPE Layer provides heat-sealability, flexibility and moisture resistance. It is often used for products like rice packets, pickle packets etc.

PET/BOPP AND MCPP

(PET/BOPP+MCPP)2-Layer Structure where one side is PET/BOPP and the other side is MCPP. The PET/BOPP Layer provides rigidity, printability and barrier properties, while the Inner layer (MCPP) provides a very high moisture and oxygen barrier (due to metallization) and acts as the heat-seal layer for a sealed packet. Also offers a metallic/premium look. It is often used for products like chocolate wrapper, biscuit wrapper and wafer wrapper.

3 – Layer laminate

A three-layer laminate in flexible packaging is a sophisticated composite material engineered to provide superior product protection and enhanced marketing appeal. It is constructed by bonding three distinct layers, each contributing specialized properties to the final structure. Where Outer Layer acts as the print substrate for high-quality graphics and provides scuff resistance and stiffness. Middle Layer provides the critical barrier defense against external elements like oxygen, moisture, and light, significantly extending the product’s shelf life. Inner/Sealing Layer ensures hermetic sealing to lock in freshness and acts as the food-contact layer, often contributing to puncture resistance.

PET/BOPP,MPET AND LDPE

This three-layer laminate combines PET/BOPP, metallized PET (M-PET), and LDPE to deliver enhanced barrier protection, mechanical strength, and sealability. The outer PET layer provides rigidity, printability, and print surface smoothness for branding and aesthetics. The middle metallized PET (M-PET) layer acts as an effective light and moisture barrier, improving product protection while reducing material thickness and weight. The inner LDPE layer offers flexible, heat-sealable properties and a smooth surface that supports strong seals.

PET,ALU.FOIL AND LDPE

This three-layer laminate combines PET, aluminum foil, and LDPE to deliver superior barrier performance and mechanical strength. The outer PET layer provides excellent stiffness, heat resistance, and good printability for branding and labeling. The central aluminum foil layer acts as an effective moisture and gas barrier, protecting contents from oxygen, humidity, and light exposure while maintaining product integrity. The inner LDPE layer offers flexible, sealable properties and contributes to total barrier performance, compatibility with heat sealing processes, and a smooth surface for secondary packaging. Together, these layers create a robust, sealable, and versatile packaging solution suitable for a wide range of products requiring reliable barrier protection and reliable performance in handling and retail environments.

PET, PAPER, PG & HOTMELT COATING / LDPE

This three-layer laminate combines PET, Paper and LDPE.  The outer PET layer provides rigidity, clarity, and strong barrier performance to protect contents and maintain presentation. The middle paper layer adds stiffness, printability, and a premium tactile feel, enhancing branding and structural integrity. The inner LDPE layer offers excellent heat-sealability, moisture resistance, and a smooth surface for reliable sealing and downstream processing. On the other hand Soap laminate combines PET,Paper, and a hot-melt coating to deliver lightweight, printable, and consumer-friendly packaging.

PAPER, EXT.PE AND FOIL

This three-layer laminate combines foil, paper in the middle, and extruded PE to deliver robust barrier protection with a premium feel. The outer foil provides strong moisture and light barriers with minimal weight. The middle paper core adds rigidity, printability, and a premium surface for branding while helping to enhance stiffness and structure. The inner extruded PE layer offers excellent heat-sealability, moisture resistance, and a smooth surface for reliable sealing and downstream processing.

BOARD PAPER, FOIL AND EXT.PE

This three-layer laminate combines board paper, extruded foil, and extruded PE to deliver robust barrier protection, stiffness, and reliable sealing performance. The outer board paper layer provides a premium look and rigidity for easy handling and branding. The middle extruded foil contributes excellent moisture and light barriers with added puncture resistance while keeping overall thickness low. The inner extruded PE layer offers strong heat-sealability, moisture resistance, and a smooth surface for secure, leak-proof seals with PET jars and related packaging formats.

4 – Layer laminate

Four-layer laminates in flexible packaging typically consist of a core structural layer (often a polyolefin like polyethylene or polypropylene) sandwiched between adhesive layers and two functional outside films: an inner barrier layer (such as aluminum foil or a metallized film) to reduce gas and moisture transmission, and an outer print or sealant layer (often PET or polyamide) that provides printability, heat-sealability, and mechanical strength. The middle adhesive or tie layers ensure strong interlayer adhesion and allow for lamination with different materials (polymer–metal/polymer).

PET/BOPP, PE,MPET AND PE

A four-layer laminate with the structure PET/PE/MPET/PE is a type of flexible packaging made of four distinct layers, each providing specific properties to protect the product inside. The layers work together to create a strong, durable, and highly protective barrier against oxygen, light, and moisture, extending shelf life for products like Chips, Milk powder,Coffee etc. The outer layers (PET and the outer PE) provide printability and strength, the middle layers (MPET and the inner PE) offer barrier properties and heat-sealability.

5 – Layer laminate

A 5-layer laminate in flexible packaging is a multi-layer material, often created through an extrusion or adhesive lamination process, that combines five distinct layers to achieve specific properties like strength, barrier protection, and sealability.
